Common questions
What file format does my tune come in?
Files are delivered in the native format for your ECU platform — .map for Haltech, .pclx for Link, .mexp for MoTeC, and so on. The listing always specifies the format before you buy.
Can I get a refund if the tune doesn't work on my car?
Yes. If a tune is incompatible with the vehicle specs listed in the purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days. Disputes are reviewed by our team within 48 hours.
Do I need a tuner to flash the file?
For some ECUs, self-flashing is straightforward with factory tools. For others, you'll need a shop with the right hardware. The listing notes will tell you what's required.
How long does verification take for tuners?
Applications are reviewed within 5 business days. We check your identity, your ECU platform credentials, and request evidence of at least one completed tune (dyno sheet, log file, or documented build).
Can I use a tune on multiple cars?
Each purchase is a single-vehicle license unless the listing states otherwise. Some tuners offer fleet or family-fleet licenses — check the listing terms.
Is there a subscription fee?
No. Buyers pay per tune. Tuners pay a small commission per sale. No monthly charges, no listing fees.
